Didn't try RunPod yet still in the research area. Most known providers have some limitations that affect the experience somehow for instance, you need to create a Docker image and upload it to a registry at this point, you will figure out that the current image we have exceeds 10 GB of storage, which will add a cost so if you compare it to renting a server, it will be very close and costly in both cases, as you will pay for the Docker registry plus the serverless or compute function. Additionally some do not offer a flexible approach and require you to select from pre-built options, that's why I'm trying to get a service that doesn't cause maintainability overhead plus the higher cost.
