RATQ's GitHub project board (Beta) is the single source of truth for everything currently planned in the project: https://github.com/orgs/Itqan-community/projects/10
As of this post, the board has 34 items: 32 still waiting for someone to pick them up, one in progress, and one done. Every item is tied to a real issue with clear acceptance criteria, nothing is planned behind the scenes.
If you've seen the roadmap or the call to contribute posted here, this board is where all of that turns into work you can actually pick up:
How it works: browse the board, pick an issue that interests you, small or large, and comment on it to claim it before starting, so effort isn't duplicated between two contributors on the same task. There's no difference between who started this project and who's joining it today.
Because the project is still early-stage, it's an easy place to build visible traction: there aren't many contributors yet, so any real contribution gets noticed quickly and leaves a clear mark on the project's public history, instead of getting lost among hundreds of contributors on a huge repo.
And as the "Code that Serves the Quran" campaign lays out, contributing here comes with more than one kind of benefit: a lasting impact that could reach thousands of users, real practical experience working with Git, pull requests, and collaborative code review, a portfolio documenting your contributions, and a community of developers building the future of Quranic technology together.
From an Islamic and Quranic perspective
Whoever points people to a trustworthy resource or a sound library that others build on shares in the reward: "Whoever guides someone to good has a reward like the one who does it" (Sahih Muslim). That's exactly what RATQ is built around: it isn't a place that hosts content, it's a place that points developers to the right resources and saves them from reinventing what already exists, so every contribution to organizing this map falls under that same meaning.
The project's mission and vision (as stated on the About page)
RATQ's mission: making trustworthy Quranic technical resources easy to discover, understand, publish, and maintain, and supporting responsible collaboration between developers, researchers, and publishers.
RATQ's vision: a connected community for Quranic technology where valuable work is visible, documented, and properly attributed to its owners, and easy to build on and develop further instead of being rebuilt from scratch or lost among scattered projects.
