About the Platform
We are building an all-in-one ecosystem for learning, practicing, and receiving formal certification (Ijāzah) in Qur'anic recitation. Core principle: "The machine prepares, the scholar authorizes."
Core Capabilities:
- Recitation Engine: Per-letter pronunciation analysis, Tajweed rule detection, and tempo-relative Madd and Ghunnahduration tracking synchronized with letter-level audio timestamps.
- Tafsir & Hadith Agents: Hybrid semantic/lexical retrieval across 6,236 āyāt, 31,180 classical tafsir entries, and Hadith narrator chains (isnād) with authenticity gradings and verse cross-references.
- Mastery Roadmap: Structured Tajweed curriculum driving students through specific mastery points with deep-linking directly into the reader and pre-filled recitation attempts.
- Teacher Loop & Certification: Live session booking, teacher audio feedback with AI translation/dubbing (dubbing explanations only, never the recitation), and verified Ijāzah certificate issuance.
Current System State
- Active Services: Tafsir agent (hybrid dense/sparse retrieval with streaming responses) and an HTML demo for recitation analysis returning per-letter timing and error data.
- Backend Architecture: Built with Python/FastAPI running on a shared hosted-model pipeline with built-in concurrency management and load shedding.
The Role
We are seeking a Flutter Developer to build AI-native mobile experiences. You will translate complex voice interactions, real-time audio playback, and agentic workflows into fluid mobile interfaces, with meticulous standards for Arabic typography, RTL behavior, and Quranic text rendering (Digital Khatt).
Responsibilities
Mobile Application Development: Build, maintain, and optimize cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart following Clean Architecture and the Repository Pattern.
State Management: Implement complex workflows and reactive architectures using GetX.
AI & Streaming Integration: Integrate REST APIs, real-time AI agents, streaming responses, and dynamic UI components driven by AI payloads.
Voice & Audio Experiences: Implement STT, TTS, voice interaction flows, and synchronized letter-level audio playback.
Quranic Typography & RTL: Implement precise Arabic typesetting, RTL layouts, custom rendering, and Digital Khatt requirements.
Quality & Performance: Debug, optimize app performance, manage local data persistence, and ensure smooth UX across supported mobile devices.

Requirements
3 years of professional mobile development experience delivering production-level Flutter & Dart applications.
Advanced proficiency in GetX for reactive state management, complex application flows, and state synchronization.
Strong mastery of Clean Architecture, Repository Pattern, and modular mobile application design.
Direct experience integrating REST APIs, streaming responses (SSE/WebSockets), and real-time AI agent workflows.
Hands-on experience building voice-first interfaces, including Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and audio interaction flows.
Practical experience with dynamic, agent-driven UI components rendered directly from AI backend payloads.
Deep knowledge of Arabic/RTL UI design, specialized Arabic typography, Digital Khatt, or Quranic text rendering.
Proven expertise in local data persistence, app performance profiling, memory management, and optimization.
Experience setting up unit and widget testing, Firebase services, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile deployment processes.
Proficiency with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
